We've had so many firsts in the past month I can't list them all, but Lana's first experience at the pool had to be recorded. She splashed, she kicked, she had a great time. She has also discovered the joy of playing outside. Thanks to the success of her surgery, the light doesn't hurt her eye anymore. The weather in Norfolk hasn't been the best, but we have been taking every opportunity to get out when we can.

Check out the Little Mermaid!! She looks so cute in her little suit! I'm so glad that she can be out in the sunshine now. Wait till she gets to play in the sprinklers :)

She is absolutely adorable! So glad to hear her surgery was a success. My husband and I live in Chesapeake, VA and are almost complete with our dossier for Kyrgyzstan!
Channing, I was just catching up on all your posts since being home with Lana! We were in TW adopting Mia and Kyan so I have been out of the blogging scene for a bit. Sooooo happy to hear that Lana's surgery went well and that you all are becoming a family! I am so happy for your family that you chose the road to Lana, instead of TW, this is where you needed to go. You are all so lucky to have found each other and I am so happy for your family!
