This is Lana and her friend Beck having a nice chat over lunch. Thanks to Mala for sending these pictures!Reports from Kyrgyzstan say Lana is doing well. She seems happy and active. Her left eye, however, is getting worse. Our paperwork is in Kyrgyzstan and we are hoping it will be presented to the judge this week. We have asked for an expedited adoption process to enable us to get treatment for Lana's eye as soon as possible. We don't know the specifics of our process yet but we expect to travel around mid September.

For our next lunch date, we have to get Quint, Trevor, Taylor and Lana together. As for the shopping date, it will be girls only!
Well Congratulations!!! She is a beautiful little bundle. I hope everything goes well and your next blog will tell us you're on your way to pick her up.
I can't believe it's been 9 years already! The kids have grown up so much. You have a beautiful family; and now it's growing again! :)
