We talked with Channing last night and she has completed everything needed to leave the country with Lana. They are enjoying a free day in Almaty today, and will be on the first of three flights starting about 4:00 am, our time, tomorrow morning.
Lana's trip to the doctor resulted in some incredible numbers. Since we met her on the first trip, back in September, Lana has gained 4 pounds and grown 2 inches. Channing says that at breakfast, Lana can put away a soup bowl of yogurt before grabbing for whatever whole fruit they have at the table.

Tim says that Anara ate that way when he first picked her up too. They aren't used to an abundance of food and they just don't know when to stop. She'll slow down a little in the next couple of weeks. I'm so glad that she is growing so well. Let us know when they touch US ground :)
